The aim of this therapy is to assist the body to achieve physical health by healing the mind.
We will explore the unconscious for beliefs or issues that have developed through your experience of life. These beliefs may be that you are 'unlovable' or that 'everyone else comes first'.
These often result in patterns of behaviour such as eating to excess to fill a void, which then leads to an unhealthy lifestyle.
Havinging identified the problem we will acknowledge and explore its origins . Then use a variety of visualisation and therapeutic approaches to change the negative belief to therapeutic affirmations. This then sets in motion a pattern in behaviour and attitude to encourage your optimin health.
